Provincial Nominee Program: Business Immigrants
Nomination
Once the applicant is nominated, the BC PNP will do the following:
- Send the applicant (or the applicant’s authorized representative) a letter confirming his/her acceptance as a British Columbia Provincial Nominee, together with instructions on applying for a Canadian permanent resident visa. For approved Strategic Projects applicants, we will also send a copy of the letters of acceptance to the sponsoring company.
- Send the nominee’s Nomination Certificate and Information Release Form to the appropriate visa office of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
 |
After receiving the letter of acceptance, the nominee is responsible for completing and submitting a complete permanent visa application to the appropriate visa office of CIC. This must be done within 180 days of the date on the Nomination Certificate. |
Withdrawal of Provincial Nomination
